Villa Del Mar - Getting Around...

We, the homeowners at Villas Del Mar, welcome you to our little slice of paradise.  Villas Del Mar is one of the most exclusive and tranquil condominium complexes in the area and we are pleased to have you here with us.

We hope you have had a chance to review our “Welcome Brochure” as it offers a wealth of information to ensure your time at Villas Del Mar is safe and enjoyable.  If you did not receive a brochure, please feel free to ask our security guards on staff for one.  They have a supply and will be happy to assist you in obtaining a copy.

A few reminders…

Blue Key Cards – Please carry these with you at all times when on Villas Del Mar property.  This will enable our security staff to identify you as a resident of Villas Del Mar.  For security purposes, anyone unable to identify themselves as a resident will be asked to leave the premises.  In addition, it will be necessary for you to show your blue key card when out by the pool to obtain pool and beach lounges, chairs, tables and umbrellas.

Pool & Beach Lounges, Tables & Chairs – Grounds personnel are available to assist you in obtaining pool and beach furniture as needed.  Simply show them your blue key card.  In fairness to all homeowners and renters in residence at Villas del Mar, our staff may limit the number of chairs and lounges you can obtain during peak periods.  In addition, we ask that you not reserve any pool and beach furniture you do not intend to use immediately.  

Tranquility – In consideration of all in residence at Villas del Mar, these simple observations will assist in ensuring a safe and pleasant stay for all in our community:

➢ There are no lifeguards on duty at Villas Del Mar.  Please ensure your children are accompanied by an adult in and around the pool and beach areas.

➢ The pool and beach are quiet areas between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.  

➢ We ask that noise on terraces and in the common areas be reduced after 11:00 p.m.  The horseshoe design of our complex helps maintain our privacy although at the same time echoes and amplifies sound.  Please be aware how sounds carry throughout the complex.

➢ Music equipment and stereos must be used with headphones when around the pool and beach areas.

Emergency Contact & Security – Villas Del Mar employs several security guards to help ensure the safety of all in residence.  Should you be faced with an emergency situation, please do not hesitate to contact one of our security guards on staff or call 873-5128.
